This is when I decided to give them back their eye wear and not to have anything else to do with this company anymore. (I have a second pair that my insurance paid for which are bifocal those optical lens are off as well. My eye doctor examin both of them.) The representative had the NERVE to perform that she didn't know what was going on and who I was. She, lead me to believe, that this company business is untrustworthy due to her behavior.
