This location has professional staff ready and willing to assist you every step of the way. There is no on sight doctor to do an eye exam but they do have a partnership with the clinic that is conveniently located across the street if you need to get testing done prior to selecting frames from their vast collection. Amanda and Raheem should be your go to associates.

I will no longer patronize this office or refer it other than for my son’s warranty due to their money gauging. This was the first place I came to for my 4yr old son’s glasses. A new experience for my family. The woman who helped us was amazing. She walked us through the entire process. But then she found that they didn’t accept our insurance. Because she was so helpful, and we knew we needed a backup pair or two, we decided to pay out of pocket for a nice flexible pair since it included a lifetime guarantee if he damaged them. We left the prescription there with them and were given a few options for other places that may accept our insurance. The following day, when I went to the places the women referred, I realized I didn’t have the prescription so I called Elite optical to ask if they wouldn’t mind sending me a picture of it of faxing it over. The man I now spoke to said he will not do that, I need to call the drs office. I let him know it was a weekend and they’re closed and I was just at their location the day before. He still wasn’t helpful. I ended up finding the prescription on Epic and ordering a pair of glasses on an online site as the store I was referred to also didn’t accept our insurance (city workers insurance). The Online site wrote back asking for my Sons PD (pupillary distance). The drs office which doesn’t sell glasses didn’t do that measurement and after googling, I realized it was the quick paper ruler they put to my son’s face at Elite optical, so I called to get that measurement which surely shouldn’t be a big deal. I was told by the woman who answered sure that wouldn’t be a problem and placed in hold, but then a man answered the phone saying he cannot give that to me as it’s what’s used to order frames and if I wanted it, I would have to pay $25. I asked him if this was the simple paper ruler they put to my son’s face for 10 seconds less than 2 weeks ago that I have to pay $25 for and he confirmed it is. For glasses I paid $200 in cash for, I would think a simple millimeter measurement written on a piece of paper should absolutely not come at an arbitrary cost. Pure disgusting greed. I pray the glasses I purchased from them never need servicing because I will not enter that establishment with a positive disposition.

They go Above and beyond over at ELITE optics. I’ve been rocking with them since their previous Location and I don’t mind the extra Tavel time because they are Amazing! Excellent customer service, Very professional, Very Kind people and the Best prices you’ll ever find. They have an option for every budget! I’m a very picky person so it takes me a while to choose my glasses, Raheem has always been extremely nice and patient with me during my long “try on” time. I’ve gotten contacts Next day with them and my glasses have always been ready within 3-5 business days! They have earned my Loyalty and I will be a forever customer!

Quick and efficient! They’re the sweetest people and got me my contacts in one day after running out and needing them ASAP. Anywhere else I would have needed to be blind for another week. They’re still starting out so the place doesn’t look amazing but they’re on their way to being a great business. Definitely going to be my regular.

Excellent customer service! Went in to buy a pair of shades and left with 3. Prices were great, and the service given was outstanding when came to trying different stylesand getting the right pair. Also very informative!
