Got my first annual exam with Dr. Lewis and he was incredible! The space is clean and the staff is friendly. Dr. Lewis listened to my family history and personal needs intently, and provided a great comprehensive eye exam. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know before leaving. He’s earned a client for life!

Empire Eye Care in Harlem is fantastic! Dr. Lewis is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also super patient and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand and genuinely cares about his patients. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. They even helped me find the perfect pair of glasses without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for great eye care from someone who really knows their stuff, I can’t recommend Dr. Lewis and his team enough!

Great location and facility! I visited as a new patient for my comprehensive eye exam today. Check in was smooth and staff were really nice. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Smith was kind and thorough. He helped me pick out a pair of lenses that I liked. No complaints about my visit and I was out in about an hour. Great place and highly recommend!

I went to get contact lenses for the first time and the whole experience was very good. Setting up the appointment over the phone was easy, checking in was smooth, wait time was minimal. The person at the front desk and the doctor both made me feel taken care of, answered all my questions clearly, let me know my different price options. I guess most importantly, I left with trial contacts in my correct new prescription (and more being ordered for me)!
