Envision Eyecare: Leonard Fuzaylov OD , Anna Khesin OD

I booked my appointment at this optical because I heard great reviews. One of the receptionist was really nice and booked it the next day for me. The day of my appointment. I was excited to get my exam with nice staffs. I was wrong. As soon as I came in, there was a different receptionist. She was rude to me, but nice to the other customer. I’m black by the way. The first thing she said to me was. “I said, if you’re being seen today to sign in” she walks away. There was no pen to sign. She came back and said it again, then made a comment “you must not have heard me”. Anyways, I have not seen the doctor yet and I’m not happy with my experience. Another customer came by, she’s Hispanic. The receptionist greeted her with a smile. I did bring it up to the doctors attention. She did apologize and said she will speak with her. Overall my experience was okay. It would’ve been great if I was greeted nice like the other customers. Will I come back here. I probably won’t.

I had an amazing experience. Came inside to see if I can be seen by the Doctor. The receptionist is so nice and friendly. The doctor gave me an updated prescription and got myself a nice pair of frames! They have a lot of great glasses options!! Definitely will come back for my future eye exams!

I did my annual check up. It was through and didn't felt rushed. He answered my questions.

I come here 2-5 days a week! They are so niceee. They have everything from shampoos, to creams and the best selection of glasses!!!! My granny gets all her prescriptions filled here and they deliver same day. The store is beautiful! Such a nice vibe here always. Great addition to the area.

I had one of the best experiences here in queens. The ladies behind the desks are so helpful. They clean and adjust my glasses no charge. Service is the best. I will be coming back soon to get a eyeexam and new pair.
