Not knowing what I wanted in a frame or what would look best, they definitely helped me every step of the way. They gave me their honest opinion and so many options to choose from until I found the frame for me. They also helped my mom too! Overall GREAT experience, they have a loyal customer in me.

They made me feel incredibly comfortable because they didn’t see me as just another customer to make a dollar off of. This morning, my wife’s glasses broke, and she asked me to find a place to replace a missing screw on her emergency pair. It was crucial that we got this fixed today, as we were leaving for a trip to Florida early the next morning. I visited three other ophthalmologists, but unfortunately, they did not have the required screw and only offered to sell me another frame. This was the fourth ophthalmologist I visited, and although they also didn’t have the screw in stock, they took a good look at the frame. They never once tried to push me into buying a new frame. Instead, they reassured me that if they tightened all the screws, the glasses should hold up until the end of my trip. I agreed to have them tighten the screws, and once they were done, I felt extremely confident that the lenses and frame were sturdy enough to last. What made the experience even better was the fact that they didn’t even charge me for the service they performed on the frame. It was a kind gesture that truly showed their dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you Euro Optical
