Aug 13, 2024 · Yulissa SueroI’ve been going to this optical since I was 15, and I’m now 30. This place used to be wonderful—the customer service, the doctor, everything. However, ever since certain staff members left, the quality has drastically declined. The current team clearly lacks customer service skills. They don’t even know how to properly answer the phone—just a plain “hello,” with no introduction or professionalism. It’s obvious they don’t want to be there, and honestly, if that’s the case, they shouldn’t work there. It’s disappointing to say, but I’ll have to find a new place to go.

Aug 22, 2023 · C KI was scheduled for an appointment via Text message saying that it was time for my annual appointment only come and find out that that appointment was online so i was not able to see the doctor because my insurance only allows every two years. There needs to be a change in your system . I came all the way here for nothing. I have no problem with your company but I was a bit frustrated when I tried to explain but the clerk seemed to annoyed as if it was my fault.
