Who ever the lady is that's always on her cellphone, with the door locked , and treat elderly patients( wearing a mask too) like they are not welcome, very Disrespectful, and have them stand in hallway , with no one sitting inside, and scheduled appointment is in 10 minutes. She need to go, or learn customer service training, ir is this the way you run your business, and to think I was looking forward to making an appointment as you do take my insurance, however after what I witnessed and intervened, I will not and will spread the word. LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.

I made an appointment back in October they gave me a appointment for December 24. I question that day because it was Christmas Eve they said it was fine. I just called to confirm the appointment and they told me that I did not have one. THE WORST

Drs. are excellent, except for one receptionist today name Carmen. No manners and very rude. My English not very good but trying to make an appointment to see my Dr. Before anything else I could say she comes say that this is not an urgent care...hello.

I am not one to leave reviews but was very turned off. I was reffered by a friend heard nothing but good things but when I called just now to make an appt the receptionist had nothing but an attidue over the phone as if I was bothering her to make the appt. She was very snippy and rude I wound up saying nevermind and hanging up. If that's how this office treats a new patient I am good I'll find another place to go.

We had to wait three months for an appointment for our daughter and took the necessary steps such as requesting a referral the week prior from her Pediatrician and were instructed that this is now done electronically. When at the office we did not receive service because the ladies at the desk said that we had to go and get a hard copy of the referral. We contacted the Pediatric office and they said that was incorrect and no longer done this way. We called the insurance company and they got upset because that this is handled electronically and that anyone in the office should be able to process. That their office has done this before and have deterred many patients from getting service. Then the ladies claimed that the person that handles that was off. This is unsatisfactory and inept service. We all know that healthcare is a business and their staff has no idea what customer service is. Stay away from this office as their personnel just want to sit around (all four of them) and not attend patients in a satisfactory manner which pushes us away.
