Eye To Eye Vision Center

I had such a positive experience at this vision center. I went for a full exam for both contacts and eyeglasses. My script is a bit complicated and the doctor was so patient. He gave me several different pairs to try on and I went back a few times to check in and try others. The staff was always really helpful and never made me feel like a nuisance for so many trips back and forth. They even ordered special pairs for me to try and called me when they had arrived. I recommend this office for all your vision needs. My next stop will be to order glasses from them and I am looking forward to the same great service.

I’ve been coming to this vision center for 3 years now and Dr. Ruvio is always so kind and knowledgeable! His staff are also very friendly, they pick up the phone on the first or second ring, and they were very sweet in helping me pick out glasses. Most importantly, they gave me a major discount on my second pair!!

It’s really a great place to check your vision and order glasses! The perfect dr Oftalmologist, not only optometrist but ophthalmologist who does his job thoroughly and thoughtfully. The office staff are nice and clear. Also they except insurances. My daughter was there before me and recommended this place. She is also really happy with the outcome of her visit!

I had eye exam last year to get a contact lens prescription. A girl tried a few contact lenses and billed me $100 without telling me in advance. I didn't like this but anyway she spent time with me. This year, I didn't want to get the same surprise billing, so I went there just to renew contact prescription. As expected, nothing changed on the prescription. Nevertheless, there was a charge of surprise $100 in addition to eye exam and refraction. I pointed out that this is not the service I got and asked Dr. Ruvio (the eye examiner) to take out, but he said he gave the service by asking if I was comfortable with the current lenses and if I had any problem. I said yes and no to each. So two questions asked, and $100 charge that the insurance company allowed only $15. I paid $85 out of my pocket. I protested but he didn't relent. It's too bad that my entire family had business with them for more than 10 years and even though we knew that they were overcharging, we kept business with them for convenience. But this time was a last blow to quit the relationship and I have to find a new store relationship. Alas!
