I bought clear frames around 2 months or so ago and they are already turning beige/yellow. The fact that they would have known this may happen and didn’t inform me so that I could decide if I wanted them says a lot about this business. I can’t be the first person. I spent hundreds of dollars on clear frames that are no longer clear and it’s only been about two months and I don’t wear them everyday. I switch between pairs. This is a waste of money unless you want frames that will change colors. I can only imagine what they would look like a year from now or beyond. They are clearly cheap frames for an expensive price if they instantly began changing colors.

They expressed disappointment that they were not informed of this potential issue at the time of purchase, suggesting a lack of transparency from the store.
This customer also raised concerns about the overall quality of the frames, implying that they may be cheaply made despite their high price. They warned that the frames' color change suggests they may not hold up well over time.
In addition to frame quality, customer service has also been a point of contention. One reviewer described an unfriendly welcome and noted that they were made to wait while other staff members were available. They also reported that staff were reluctant to assist them, indicating a potentially unwelcoming environment.

Nov 18, 2024 · JC WillAs I read the reviews myself, I can see that I am not alone. I will never shop here again because of how rude the woman behind the desk was.-An unfriendly welcome and had me waiting for her while there were other two sales people who were free. When I asked them if they could help me, they clearly indicated that they didn’t want to upset the tall woman with the blonde hair.
Mar 20, 2025 · Amy SalomonThe reason for this one star review is due to the mean girl front-desk energy. The doctor I saw was nice but I will never go back here because of how rude the receptionist was to me and other patients. I had an issue w my prescription and she wrote some notes down on paper. I asked if I could take the paper to the place that gave me the glasses to explain the issue. She said “absolutely not.” When I asked why she was giving me such a hard time she said “because this is MY WORK and I don’t give away MY WORK.” It was so unprofessional and immature. Reading these reviews, I should have known better.
Feb 26, 2025 · Carly PisarriThe male ophthalmologist is wonderful but the front staff is really rude. I’ve been coming for years because they take my insurance and there has never been a time that I didn’t witness some blatant rudeness. I think they think it’s funny.
Mar 15, 2025 · Beth PVery poor front desk customer service. Office is completely unorganized. The doctor's are very nice and helpful, especially dr. Ruvio. The front line staff, for the exception of Iris, are awful. They are either rude or incompetent. They have zero respect for your time, every time I go there I have to wait over 30 minutes; last time I waited an hour and 15 mins, and nobody apologized nor informed about the cause of the delay. Avoid this place!
