Horrible Experience with Eye Krafters I had such a frustrating experience with Eye Krafters. My appointment was cancelled without my notice, which was quite inconvenient for me. On top of that, they never answered calls. The staff people were uncooperative and didn't care about good customer service. Super unprofessional—would not recommend anyone to this place looking for honest eye care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Koppel and the entire LensCrafters staff. The level of care and professionalism was truly outstanding. From the initial detailed examination, assessment, and explanation of my condition and care, I trusted the quality care, and I appreciated being well-informed. Equally impressive to me was the thorough follow-up care—I knew my eye condition was being extensively and thoughtfully addressed. The staff was also friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Koppel to anyone seeking careful, professional, attentive eye care!

Beware!. Messed up my lenses prescription, which is ok - mistakes happen. What was disappointing was that the front office staff expressed no concern, or any thought to rectify the error. All they kept saying was it's not on us and that I should have checked my prescription and there is a balance. In addition they overcharged me, I checked with my insurance and was told that the cost should not be more than 140 for 2 boxes for a 3 month supply, but they are charging $94 per box. They are supposed to call me back but havn't done so, very unprofessional and I havn't received the lenses yet. Please check their charges and try not to end up with their trials doctor.

I love the services provided. I went in with an eye emergency and an Optometrist Dr. Neil, saw me right away. He did an excellent series of tests and was able to provide helpful information. I will be seeing him again. The staff members are courteous and friendly.

Positives: They were fairly quick. I saw Dr. Marzelli and she was very nice and thorough. The tech was very nice and efficient. The front desk people were personable and helpful. Room for improvement: Glasses. I need new glasses and ended up just leaving because no one came over to help me. I’m glad they aren’t trying to push glasses- they clearly don’t get commission- but I probably would have bought glasses if someone had come to help me. I also had to ask about anti-glare and other specifics. If I hadn’t gone out of my way to ask about cost, options, etc. they probably wouldn’t have explained it. Over all, I would probably go back for an exam but I’ll be getting glasses elsewhere. I didn’t really love any of the more affordable frames anyway.
