I recently had an appointment at Eyepic Park Slipe and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and were very attentive to my needs. The Dr. Took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions with great patience and clarity. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients' eye health. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, which made my visit much more enjoyable. I left feeling well-informed and confident in my eye care. I highly recommend Eyepic Park Slope and their wonderful staff to anyone in need of eye care. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The front desk was very helpful and welcoming! Gary was extremely helpful to me in choosing glasses to go with a new job and bold, but not too bold look. The turnaround time getting the glasses was fast, and he sent me away with all the fixings and, of course, two new awesome pairs of glasses. I found the prices much more competitive than my last pair of glasses from lens crafters. Appreciate Gary for the quick work and more importantly, the advice! Will be back, and highly recommend!

I usually don’t leave reviews.. but this time I will. I came here to get my glasses for the year because being new to NY I didn’t know where to start on finding a place to do my prescriptions. We called before hand asking if they had rayban frames starting at 100.00 and they told us yes. So, we head over and start looking come to find out they didn’t have the price range I was asking for when I called.They tried to say I would have to pay for my lenses 120.00 a piece keep in mind I’ve NEVER had to pay for my lenses. I told him that wasn’t right and I never I had to pay for my lenses. So they had to go and reprint my paper for my insurance and I had to show them that I had no cost for it. Then they were telling me my insurance wouldn’t cover 20% of the total I would pay out of pocket for my frames saying I owed more than what I should have. So, I came home and made sure that was right because none of it made any sense to me. Comes to find out that my insurance did cover the 20% on my frames that I pay out of pocket. So, I call the next day to ask them could I have that 20% applied to my total cost. They told me they would call me back later that the manager would have to fix it . They never called back so I had to call back and ask again about it. The manager got on the phone and was nasty and rude to me the entire time. His attitude was unpleasant. He said “oh we’re all AWARE YOU OWE this much instead of 100.00” After that phone call I was pretty upset so my husband called back to address the situation because the way the manager acted was uncalled for. All because my insurance cover a certain amount. After all of this I was then I was told 2 weeks for my glasses to be ready and it was already past 2 weeks so I had called on a Wednesday and asked about my glasses they told me to ‘call back Monday or Tuesday and they would be ready’. So, alright that’s no big deal. I have my husband call that following Tuesday they tell him “it will be another week” so I had to wait a month for my glasses. When I came in and got my glasses they was a bit nicer then.. but I will not be back. If it wasn’t for the manger being rude then maybe I would have considered going back but after that it’s not worth the headache or rudeness.

I’ve been receiving eye care here for over 3 years, and feel like each time the staff and doctors have gone out of my way to provide amazing treatment and support. One time, I had an eye injury, and they fit me in after the last appt on a weekend to make sure I got timely care. When I have had dry eye, they educated me on all my options and the underlying anatomy. Annual check-ups are done with what seem to be advanced devices/methods. The facilities are kept clean, appointments are easy to make or reschedule, and the reception staff are accommodating and keep your interests in mind (going out of their way to check, even triple check(!) to relay the insurance coverage with transparency).
