Eyes & Optics of Bay ST

This was my first time visiting eye and OpticsOn Bay Street.I have been wearing Glasses55 years and have had many many exams, my exam was very thorough with Dr Attia. Vlad was very patient and friendly with me. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of eye wear and exam

My first eye exam here, Dr. Andrew Attia was very quick, thorough, but most importantly very professional. He took the time to explain all the tests in detail, and answered any questions or concerns I had. I did not feel rushed, and I was seen on-time (I did not have to wait). I live locally, and definitely had an excellent first-time experience with this doctor. Highly-recommend! Staff in the front is very professional, also, they answered all my insurance questions that I had. Very friendly too! I didn’t get a chance to look at the selection, but it does look like they have a great selection of frames. I was able to bring my old frames, but you have to ask if there is an additional charge or not. Excellent experience.

I had great experience in eyes and optics of Bay Street! The staff and the doctor were friendly, caring and patient to my needs. The prices are fair and affordable. I was told that my glasses will be ready in one week after placing the order… I had received a follow up phone call stating that I can pick my glasses in two days. I highly recommend eyes and optics of Bay Street!!!

The customer service at this store is truly exceptional. My daughter has been getting her glasses here for a couple of years, and each visit we are treated with kindness and respect. The doctor and the staff are wonderful! I want to especially commend Doyen, who showed remarkable thoughtfulness to my young daughter. Some individuals naturally excel in communication and interpersonal skills, and Doyen is clearly one of them. He made my daughter feel so comfortable and confident that she left feeling as if she was on cloud nine. Our family will continue to be customers for all of our eyewear needs, and we will continue to recommend this location to people we know. A++

I don't like when businesses try to put one over on you. Eye examinations unless you have a specific condition are good for TWO years. Eyes & Optics writes an expiration date of ONE year on your prescription. Then they start calling you to tell you your prescription is expired. They must really need the money. Their frames are overpriced and their service is unprofessional especially when you let them know you only want an exam - NO GLASSES. I can get 2 complete sets for less money and less time on line.
