While their selection has always been somewhat limited, in the past, the service was excellent—staff were kind and attentive. They even offered to clean the (sample) glasses for us before we try it on. However, this time, we had an unpleasant experience with a woman with a short bob. She was rude and dismissive, making the visit uncomfortable. Thankfully, a gentleman working there noticed her behavior and stepped in to assist us. Unfortunately, this experience has made us reconsider returning. Next time, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
