My 9-year-old son went to get an eye exam. He is a patient. The staff told him no. The bathroom is only for staff. You want us to pay $1000 for glasses but you won't allowed a child to use your Bathroom. I recommend going to another optical place. Horrible service

I had the misfortune of going to this location only because it was suggested by my insurance plan. First during my eye exam in the back while I had my chin in the machine one of the many security guards was in the same room filling up a bucket and hitting my chair at the same time. Why he was even in the room during my exam, I will never know. Then I asked Doctor Bro der if I could use the bathroom and she said that I would have to go to Planet Fitness next door or KFC across the street. What DR's office doesn't have or let a patient use the bathroom??? Pretty sure that is illegal. Then she replied "I just work here"! Skip this place cause "Fabulous" it is not.

I have an eye prescription that’s difficult to match with stylish frames, and Ada provided me with several fashionable options. The glasses were promised to be ready in 7-10 days and were delivered on time with the correct prescription.
