When I moved away from his office's area, I went to a certain other eye doctor in my new neighborhood and got sub-par exams and glasses. Dr. Horwitz recently corrected both and I am glad I drove from out of state to return to his care. My new glasses are great, and I am appreciative of him and his helpful associates.
