I was thoroughly impressed with my visit at Focus Eye Care. To start, the staff was very professional, friendly and attentive. I was so pleased to have one (1) technical assistant guide me through the processing instead of three or four different assistants, which, from my past experience, at another facility, felt like I was on a dizzy musical chairs game. My interaction with Dr. Chudolij was like a breath of fresh air! He took his time explaining my results and how I can keep up with my vision progress. Thoroughly impressed!

I appreciate that each time I visit the office, there is new technology and upgrades. Dr. Esperon is clearly skilled. However, I waited over an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time to see him. That is unacceptable. I was literally leaving the examination room to see what was going on when he finally appeared. He apologized and was very nice and professional which I appreciated because i was annoyed and wouldn’t have appreciated an attitude. However, my time is valuable also, especially on a Saturday. I would have appreciated being seen much closer to my appointment time. I was the last one there and was locked downstairs inside the building, set off an alarm and wound up leaving with the eyeglass gentleman who looked like he was glad to finally eave. He disabled the alarm, unlocked the door and let me out. I will likely schedule an earlier appointment next time to avoid any of this happening again. Note: even their cheap glasses are pricey! The majority are high-end brand names.

I feel at ease knowing that they use the latest equipment to perform precise examinations. The doctor will give a detailed explanation, so if you have any concerns or questions, they will provide you with feedback on the spot. If possible, I would be happy if they could give the results of the examination to patients by e-mail or in print.

I couldn't be happier with the experience. Everything went smoothly, the attention to detail was remarkable, and the staff and doctors were truly awesome. I felt well-cared for and appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

I love Dr. Esperon and focus eye care, but they outsourced to a call center who knows where and someone there booked me with a different doctor despite the many times I asked to be booked with Dr. Esperon. I also waited 1hr in the room to then find out that Dr. Esperon was not seeing me. I have been going here for more than 10years and never had a problem, but today was unacceptable. Dr. Peter took care of me and he’s good and apologized for what happened, I have nothing against him, he is very professional, this was the first time I knew of him. Please, the little things like this is what makes patients leave.
