Mar 21, 2025 · Diaa HannaVery expensive for unnecessary test which office/Dr.Jain failed to inform will not be covered by my insurance. Furthermore, I was asked to pay out of pocket at the end of my visit to later find out my insurance was also billed for this test. To make matters worse my eye issue was not resolved and when I asked for my office note Dr.Jain became enraged. Extremely disrespectful while raising her voice at me over the phone. Needless to say I won’t be returning and will not recommend.
