As I waited to pick out my glasses the young lady behind the desk apologized for the wait and I told her it was no need but, it made me feel good knowing I wasn’t forgotten about. I’m also extremely happy with my frames and lenses! Keep up the GREAT customer service guys. You Rock!!!!!

I'm excited and counting down the days to go back and pick up my glasses. Dr. Kwick was also great. He answered my questions and explained everything. He corrected my prescription. This place has great customer service, I'd highly recommend.

From kind and patient Dr. Qwik, to the uber knowledgeable and savvy Larisa, the entire process of buying new glasses was fast and professional. Larisa expertly explained changes in my new prescription and how that effected my frame options.
