They Don’t Care For Customers Only Money , I went there with my new prescription, to look at what are my options to upgrade . The manager was persuading me to buy so she told me about credit and I was approved . Then at the end of the transaction she said I have a balance of $980.00 and it comes with warranty and and made everything sound good as far as damages and replacement. Fast forward to today I called before I went and explained that my glasses broke she told me come in she can repair them and give them right back I expressed to her I needed them for work which I was scheduled in 2 hours . I arrive and now she’s trying to charge me $550.00 to fix them and that my warranty is over because it only last 30 days . Which seems crazy because I spent so much and there was NOTHING they can do for me . It bothered me because they was speaking to me as if I didn’t comprehend or understand them . I just cried . I couldn’t believe a business on Fordham rd. Is so unprofessional . I even asked was there a way to atleast give me something temporary. She said yes 200$ I walked out
