I have been going to Dr. Shepps for at least 6 years now. I continue going to him because I know he is extremely knowledgeable as a eye doctor and he is a very experienced and skilled surgeon. Tamika and Yvonne did an excellent job in preparing me with everything I needed to know to be ready for my cataract surgery. They each took the time to explain things thoroughly and to make sure that I understood and felt good about any options that I had to make. Dr Shepps made me feel at ease and I knew for the surgery I was in good hands. PS-Dr. Shepps has a good sense of humor which I appreciate for sure!

Dr. Shepps is the absolute best. My experience was top-notch from beginning to end. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my surgery. He has an incredible medical team ; Surgical Coordinator-Tamika and staff that made my whole experience better than I imagined.

AO is amazing!!! I had cataract surgery in 2023. I was supposed to go back for scar tissue removal and forgot - because I saw so perfectly after my surgery. Fast forward to 2025 and my vision was becoming more and more blurry. Thinking I needed glasses that AO stated I would eventually need, I continued with poor vision. Recently I rubbed my left eye and realized I was not seeing out of my right eye, only foggy shadows. PANIC to say the least as glasses would not fix this problem. I remember trying to refer other co-workers to AO but they weren't taking new patients. Would I be considered a new patient now? I put on my big girl pants and called AO after almost TWO YEARS - would they laugh at me/tell me to go away/etc. I called Tamika who helped me tremendously the first time. She never missed a beat. The beautiful person I met in 2023 was the calming voice I needed and I began to breath again. I cannot begin to state how wonderful the staff is, from the assistant at the front desk who helped my with my bloody nose right through to the true Mr. Wonderful Dr. Shepp. I can see - I can see things I didn't realize I wasn't seeing. It is a remarkable feeling when someone 65 can be made to feel 30 again. Thank you AO, your staff, Tamika and most importantly Dr. Shepp who put together his Amazing Team!!

Dr. Gerald Shepps is my Ophthalmologist and he is the best doctor I have ever seen. He saved my eyesight, and preventing me from going blind by doing emergency procedures for Narrow-angle Glaucoma in both eyes. He also took care of my Cataracts. I am 75 years old and my eyesight is the same as when I was 17 years old without glasses. His Office is extremely clean and the staff are all professionals. This is the only review I have written in my life because he deserves the highest praise.

Dr Shepps handled my cataract surgery and the results are nothing short of astounding! Can’t believe how well I can see after almost 50 years of wearing hard contacts. The staff was efficient and flexible in working around my impossible schedule. Special call out for Tamika who was so helpful and checked in on me every step of the way!
