The doctor and staff here were wonderful! I called for an appointment same day and they were able to see me within an hour. The doctor listened to my concerns and issues I’ve been having and was able to diagnose something that no one had caught before. Apparently something I’ve always been dealing with! She really listened and took the time to answer my questions. The staff let me try on a bunch of different pairs of glasses with no extra sales pushes or rushing me for time. Definitely recommend coming here!

Dr. Eleanor Orloff is well dressed and super informative. Felt comfortable asking questions and got great comprehensive answers. The whole place feels like a classy stylish upscale coven. You’re greeted by warm staff when you come in, they have no problems scheduling you, advising you, making you comfortable. You can tell they’re content in their job and confident in their abilities. They take insurance and there’s no drama whatsoever

I had an excellent experience from start to finish at this eye doctor’s office. From check-in to picking out new frames, the process was smooth and enjoyable. The doctor was incredible—he was knowledgeable, took his time, and made me feel truly cared for. He went through everything thoroughly without rushing, which really set my mind at ease. I left feeling confident about my eye health and thrilled with my new frames. Highly recommend!

The service here was phenomenal. I entered the facility with my mother for her appointment and we couldn’t have been better assisted. Dr. morris was amazing !! So attentive and helpful. Brandy also helped us pick out glasses for my mother and she was fantastic. She helped my mom with the type of frame she’d like best and style all while giving her a lot of insight on all the questions she had. All around best service we have ever received at an optometrist. Thank you Brandy & Dr. Morris !

I love (!!!) the doctor but I find that I have to mentally prepare each time I call the office because the front desk employees (not everyone but specifically the ones I spoke with over the phone) have not grasped the idea of compartmentalizing their personal problems. If you are a receptionist it’s not classy or professional to project negativity onto a potential or current client of the doctors. Life’s hard enough for everyone… if you don’t know how to spread kindness yet, try your best to be mindful and neutral. I used to work as a receptionist so I understand how difficult the job can be but be careful about accidentally stepping on the wrong toes without cause. Just saying! Other than that I love the location, doctor, and building itself. It’s very clean and modern looking.
