Mar 10, 2025 · TarekThe way they schedule appointments needs improvement. I have gone here for an 11:30 appointment and haven’t been seen until 2pm. Also have seen patients who get there after me be seen before me. Doctor needs to understand we all have personal lives and cant afford to wait in a waiting room for 3 hours. They should know the average time it takes to examine a patient and schedule based on that. If its something that takes longer than normal then schedule the next patient later so they don't have to wait 3 hours to be seen. Scheduling a bunch of patients back to back to back and having them wait is unacceptable and poor patient service.
