Unprofessional place!!! I made an appointment after I was told the clients with appointments were called before walk-ins. I checked in and was reminded by the professional young lady at the front desk that I will be called in sooner before the walk-ins. But apparently the young lady could not control what other staff would do. I understand that a few walk-ins waiting were called in while I sat in waiting room. But I couldn’t understand how all walk-ins were called before me, and being the last one waiting and watching everyone get checked out. Very Unprofessional. Advise for everyone, just walk in. Appointment means nothing to this place. No respect for taking the time to make appointments. They actually look like they get a kick out of watching a patient get frustrated for the wait but I did not complain to them. The pictures show I was the last one.

Absolutely amazing how I just walked inside for a few minutes filled in my slots set up my appointment I was done within 2 minutes. I believe the day of my appointment I walked in my slot was filled in spoke to the receptionist I was done within an hour and a half I was very pleased thank you the service was absolutely fabulous the eye doctor was amazing. the place was a warm and inviting welcome thank you so much...

Doctor was straightforward. But Annabelle at the front desk helped me pick out new frames and I have never had such an amazing experience. She pulled out so many pairs for me to try and was so patient as we circled in on the right pair. I appreciated her opinion and her genuine warmth was so welcome, as picking new glasses can be stressful and take time. She really made my visit worthwhile.

Went in for a basic eye exam. The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The optometrist, Dr. Samantha Wong, was extremely friendly and informative. She took the time to ask questions about my overall health, explain how my medications might affect my eyes, and answer any questions I had about how to take better care of my eyes since I look at screens all day. A shame I’m moving soon because I would’ve kept coming back here for years. Support local business!!

First time here and Dr Wong was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain things in a very understandable manner. She treated me as a person and not a name on a chart . My 5 starts are based only off my interaction with her. Aside from that the business seemed pretty understaffed with very long waits and a busy waiting area The glasses selection for my insurance coverage was trash at this location, I believe it was purposeful to upsell me on some designer frames. My insurance usually gets me a decent selection at full coverage anywhere else
