Aug 05, 2024 · Spirit WarriorThe optician has given me phenomenal service. Over a year ago, she helped me find exactly the frame I was hoping for and guided me through my options about the lenses. And today I went to the store because my frames had broken when I was on vacation. I spoke to the optician on the phone yesterday and she helped me with great advice. She found me several cheaper frames in which I could fit my old lenses. When I got to the store, the frames were there for me to choose and she replaced the lenses within 10 minutes! I had no idea I could so quickly get a solution to my broken glasses. It was fantastic! Thank you for your advice and superb service!

They have an assortment of beautiful frames and help you find a frame that suits you. I would highly recommend this place...you won't be disappointed!
May 15, 2024 · Nicole YapWhile shopping, I was immediately told to look at the frames that my insurance covered instead of being invited to view the entire store. I can afford any difference in price, and I really don’t appreciate being judged based on my insurance policy. Granted, I was late for my appointment, but I wasn’t greeted by the staff or the doctor. When the doctor approached me, he did not say hello or even smile. He simply told me the parameters to whether or not he could see me that day, reminded me that I was late, and walked off. The customer service was poor and the selection of frames was very limited. I do not recommend.

If it gets crowded I would say you need to be patience or come back on another time as any other place that requires time to get what you like and fits you. I would recommend the place.
