I've visited this location several times, and each experience has been pleasant. The staff is warm and welcoming, always taking the time to assist without making me feel rushed. Dr. Radtke is a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional with a calm demeanor. She is polite, attentive, and thoroughly addresses any questions or concerns.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to ask for my records from when I was a patient and they were extremely rude and condescending, asking for 25$ to release my records once they found out I was trying to purchase glasses elsewhere online. When I asked to speak to the doctor they said there was no doctor there and that they do not have a way to contact the doctor. After asking for my patient records over and over again, I still have not received them. Please choose to do business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and money grabbing people, and would not feel comfortable having this unprofessional establishment handle any of my medical records. Do not recommend.

Great and pleasant experience from start to end. The scheduling process was easy; I was emailed the registration information ahead of my visit, which made things easy upon arrival. All staff members were pleasant and attentive. I met with Dr. J. Mola who was the best doctor ever! She is literally everything you want a doctor, of any speciality, to be - patient, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient/customer focused. I was given new contacts to try out and ordered new glasses all in one visit. Thank you Dr. Mola and staff.

From making my appointment to the actual appointment, the customer service was great. The optometrist was so patient, thorough and kind. I did a full eye exam (for glasses & contacts) all in under 1 hour. The office itself is so clean and offers so many options for frames. Thank you to the staff for making my visit so pleasant and easy!

Very satisfied with this office. Dr. Radtke and her staff are all very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed here and will definitely be going back for my next eye exam.
