Jan 08, 2025 · Patience OsagieHad a VA appointment here and the doctor decided to put wrong information for a critical part of my exam letter, when I told him and had documentation for what the correct information was. He decided to not even look and said he’d add it to his notes. 2 years of waiting ruined because this guy couldn’t do what the VA hired him to do and didn’t want to listen to the veteran or the medical evidence that was present.

So I had called to make an appt and the person on the phone refused to take my vision insurance ahead of time, which being in the healthcare industry is something you don’t do. I insisted on giving my insurance information ahead of time to avoid any discrepancies but she continued to refuse. Long and behold I get to the office and the insurance is inactive. I not only wasted my time but I wasted their time. I had asked why they didn’t take my info ahead of time to avoid this but they just brushed off the question. I do not recommend going there. I’m going down the street to Provision eye care. I can not recall what date I was there but I was not there the date I wrote this review. Your response is extremely unprofessional.
