Feb 09, 2025 · iniece paytonI had a great experience with Dr. Desai! I arrived a little early for my 1:30pm appointment, but they took me back almost right away. The nurse who saw me first was very polite and efficient. I went back to the waiting room for about 2 minutes, and then the doctor was ready for me. She took me back to the exam room, did my initial assessment, gave me the dilating drops, sent me back to the waiting room to wait the 10 minutes for the drops to take effect, got me back in the exam room for the second part, wrote me a script, and sent me on my way. I think I left before 1:50pm. The whole office was efficient without feeling rushed, and I greatly appreciated that!

The Dr is thorough and genuinely interested in your vision health.To top it off, I always walk out with fabulous eyeware. Today's Gucci exhibit was amazing! So many stunning frames to choose from. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Recommend it be a yearly event. Thanks for the invite!

Jamie and Daniel have never steered me wrong for new frames…I rely on them (with success) every time! This visit they also helped me select glasses for mom via a FaceTime, making sure to listen to her fit concerns and preferences. Phenomenal customer/patient service.
