Simone is Simply the Best, she helped me out with my glasses back around 2018 and 2019 and when I needed some new glasses with an updated prescription I stopped by there a few weeks ago and she helped me out again. I couldn't have had better service from a more knowledgeable person, all I can say is thanks for everything and keep up the good work!

I’ve been coming to JCPenney Optical in Gateway with my 2 kids for many years. The personal one on one customer service that Simone offers at every visit is the best I’ve seen from most stores! Happy to see her back.

The service I received from Tiffany and Simone was exceptional. For once I had two people who were truly invested in helping me make the best choices for myself as opposed to it just being about making a sale by advising me on overpriced frames and unnecessary features in the lenses . I've had horrible experiences when it came time to get eye exams and getting new frames but these ladies have truly given me a place I can look forward to getting the assistance I need . I plan to take my daughter as well and have already told family and friends to check out this location.

I love this location SOOOOOOO much. One of the main reasons was the customer service received from Simone. The time, the care, generosity and professionalism she showed towards us were just so gratifying. I hope that now that she has gone to begin a new chapter in her life, that the ones who come to fill her position can also fill her shoes or exceed our expectations. I must say Simone was so very helpful in my choice of glasses. She helped me pick the right style and sized me perfectly, she applied all of the discounts and promotions that were going on at the time. I’ve saved so much money I was actually able to get some more Christmas shopping done with the money I’ve saved :) Thank You Simone you are now officially appointed as my optical sales lady.
