I came in about a month ago since i needed new lenses on my frames. I was a bit nervous since the previous eyewear boutique I've gone to had closed and this was a new experience for me. I was taken care of by Angie. She was very patient and sweet. I have special needs and tend to get overstimulated so it was very considerate of her to take the time and have patience she had when she took the measurements of my frames and my eye test. Very good pricing too. Would come back

Highly recommend getting your eye and vision care here. The staff is lovely, the space is clean, modern, and welcoming. The optometrists are really top notch. I've been very impressed with their thoroughness. They're super smart and on top of all the latest literature, but also kind and gentle. Top notch!

I came in for a routine annual eye exam as a new patient. When I checked in, the front desk staff quickly mentioned something about a retinal exam, but it was very rushed and unclear. I assumed the doctor would explain whether it was necessary and that any extra charges would be clearly stated as optional. However, there was no mention anytime during my visit that this was an additional, non-covered service. After the exam, I was unexpectedly required to pay a $39 copay due to this extra test. I believe patients should be given a clear choice before being charged for optional services. The problem is not the monetary value. It’s the principal. I’ll pay the $39, but I want to express that this isn’t ethical and feels very deceiving. Wish I read all the negative reviews before coming here. Multiple people seem to have faced the same scam.

If you are looking for an eye doctor or glasses in LIC, this is the one!! I chose this place randomly because I thought the name was funny, but I honestly had the best eye appointment experience I have had in NYC. - Making the appointment was so easy! I called the number on google maps and the receptionist was very kind and patient. I got a text confirmation about my appointment - The storefront was professional and clean, and the best part was, it was not too overwhelming with too many options. I think my biggest problem with choosing glasses is having too many choices 🥲 and I liked how this place has a good selection of quality brands. - The doctor I saw was so awesome at explaining everything. I felt like I was at a science class, not a doctor’s appointment! I feel much more confident in understanding my own eyes. (I think her name was Lynn?) - I was able to stay under my budget and the staff there were very understanding and was able to help me use my insurance to the fullest
