Nov 15, 2022 · TashVery unprofessional office. I called to make an emergency appointment because my eye was swollen and I was to have an upcoming surgery in a few days. The office told me no problem and told me to be there at 2.30. 15 minutes later they called to cancel the appointment saying the doctor said he couldn’t fit me in. I begged them to please let me come in as I didn’t want it to get infected and possibly cause my surgery to be cancelled. I pleaded to please speak with the doctor. They said he would call me and he never did. So medically unacceptable and unprofessional.
