Didn’t even offer another date or time. The doctor is also very cold. You can tell he cares more about your money than putting you in glasses that will benefit you. Definitely a few more locations in the area more worth your time than this place PS: I did not have the wrong location. I walked in and spoke with you and that rude lady that hung up on me. You two don’t even know when your last appointment is. You are telling people 5 meanwhile she is telling people 4:45. Do better

After waiting a month I finally called only find out that they are ready, fast forward to today, I go to pick them up , HE CANT CANT EVEN FIND THEM. didn't even take the time to properly search for them .. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
