Very unprofessional and racist! I had a 2:30 appt. I came in asked a question no one responded. Then I asked can I use the bathroom. They said they didn’t have one but I definitely seen two other women come out. I hated the whole experience. It was terrible from the time I walked through the door. I went somewhere else right after and had know issues at all.

When her glasses broke, she went to get them fixed, but instead, she was coerced into buying a pair of frames for $350 that are not even worth $100. The store refused to offer her any cheaper options, and she was not even given new lenses or an eye exam. The receipt states that there are no refunds or exchanges, which is completely unfair. Not only did she not get the proper service she needed, but she was also sold a subpar product that does not even fit properly. This is a clear case of elder abuse, and I demand that this issue be rectified immediately.
