Dec 20, 2024 · Jorge Obandogreat experience! the screws of my glasses fell apart, and even though i never went to LensCrafters prior to this, they immediately fixed it for me with no charge! i got in and out of the store in 10 mins. i don't know of the name who helped me (she had curly hair and glasses), but she was so sweet and made sure i made it back to work on time!

Aug 25, 2024 · Alex YangPurchased a pair of frames here last year, they were Gucci and I spend a good amount on them and went for the High Index lenses as were recommended to me. The lenses don’t sit flush with the frames even though k was told they would. I called today to get information about my prescription no one answered. I tried again and the worker told me she was too busy to help me. Didn’t offer to take my information down and call back. All she said was they were too busy and to try again some other time.
