After selecting some top picks, they helped me narrow it down to a couple of options. Brianna is a gem as are the other team members there, including a manager who took time to look at prescriptions I had received from two eye doctors to help me figure out the differences/best way forward. Highly recommend them for their impressive selection of designer frames and their polite, knowledgeable, resourceful staff.

After explaining to the staff my situation they responded quickly by replacing the frames on my glasses that were insured. Within 24 hours I was taken care of. Kudos, great job!! Thank you!
Nov 02, 2024 · Larry CosmeRegina was extremely rude and unwelcoming when I came in.. I needed my glasses tightened and I saw they were not handled with care at all! She was forcibly bending and popping the lenses out.. my glasses cost over $800!! I asked if she could tighten the arms and she replied with an attitude “I am” and rolled her eyes. She gave my glasses back to me absolutely filthy with finger prints and didn’t bother cleaning them for me. It was obvious Regina would rather be doing anything else but working. Normally the gentleman always assists me with this, and I wish he did this time. I’m a loyal customer of Springfield Lenscrafters but Regina does not represent the brand at all.
