DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! They are incompetent and unhelpful!!!!!!!!! I got my first pair of progressive lens’s at this location. I got all the bells whistles the highest quality lenses . 18 months ago. Initially it was hard to adjust to them I couldn’t read properly. I went back about 2 months later and said hey I can’t adjust to these glasses . The assistant who had 20+ years experience told me I had to extend my arm all the way out and look down the bottoms of my glasses to read. That was NORMAL. I thought it was just me! When I went to a different optician they told me the lenses were not made properly and that was the reason for me not being able to read!!! When I went back to the store to explain they told me I should have come back within 30 days . I told them I did return and that their associate told me it was me and there was nothing wrong with glasses!! And that there was nothing they could do! I will never go to another Lenscrafter again especially this one

Our recent visit was very informative and really helped me understand which frames I should be using. She's always so polite and patient and it is greatly appreciate. I look forward to how these frames fit once they are done.

Really quick and easy process, super friendly staff. Dr. Deyong was very kind and made sure to fix any problems I had with my vision.

Outstanding customer service, smooth & quick process, and an amazing selection. My previous pair lasted four years. However long these work, my 1st stop will be LensCrafters.
