Really disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I arrived on time for my appointment and when there was a hiccup with my insurance (had all my info but was misinformed about % covered by my plan), they told me I should cancel my appointment. I tried to pay for the exam only to be told that the truth was they had booked clients too close together. Refused to help me throughout the process, kept “suggesting” I cancel even when I was willing to pay in full, and then flat out wouldn’t honor my appointment.

Maximeyes is the best (my wife swears by it; I’m a fan, but I don’t swear as much), but I thought that I should mention that they shipped the first of two pairs of glasses to FL for me and, before they sent the second, they called to ask if we’d been affected by Hurricane Helene and whether we’d want them to still ship or wait or ship somewhere else. They didn’t have to make that phone call, but they did, and it’s little things like that make a difference. Some places are great. Some are just ok. And some just plain s*ck. Maximeyes is stellar.

Extremely kind and attentive staff who are here to help you out! Walked in with broken glasses, and walked out with no less money in my wallet, the biggest smile on my face, and glasses as good as new. This place really made my day!!

They are so nice!! I broke my glasses and they fixed them. And no charge!! I just walked off the street and they treated me like I was a long time customer. Amazing!!! I went back to these amazing people again! The same amazing service!!!!

I made an appointment for regular eye exam with them and they could not pull my information and I waited for another 15 minutes just for them to call insurance. The two guys were very impatient when I was asking about contact lenses copay when they charge my $60 for that and they said they will close soon and won't be able to do eye exam if I cannot pay for it. In the end after I got my glasses prescription they did not put an expiration date on it. Overall sketchy place with bad service. I would not recommend at all.
