Metropolitan Vision Downtown

Our family of five had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Arthur Jung at Metropolitan Vision and his amazing team last week, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Despite being the last appointment of the day, they went above and beyond to make sure each of us received the best care possible. Dr. Jung was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything in detail and ensure we were comfortable. His staff was equally pleasant, making what could have been a hectic visit feel seamless and even enjoyable. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about their patients, and their dedication didn’t go unnoticed—even though we were there for nearly two hours! I truly appreciate their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. Highly recommend Metropolitan Vision to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. I visited this practice for my first ever eye exam. Dr. Liu and the rest of the team at Metropolitan Vision Downtown were incredible kind and welcoming, and answered all of my questions in depth. My appointment began right on time, I did not have to wait at all. The office itself was pleasant, calming, and very clean. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Although he is still young, Art Jung has been my eye doctor for eons. I even take the train up from Baltimore to see him. He is on top of every new advance in eye care, completely personable, professional and easy to be around. More to the point, he discovered a very serious medical issue with one of my children during a routine eye exam which was then quickly and successfully treated. I recommend him highly

Have been going here for past 4 years. Have seen multiple doctors over that time, and each has been kind and professional and it always feels like there's enough time to ask questions. Have never felt rushed. The staff at the front desk is also very kind and responsive!

Had a great experience here! They weee able to get me an urgent last minute appointment and the doctor was fantastic. She was very personable and took the time to explains things to me so I can understand what was happening and what to look out for. I’ll definitely be coming back here again for my exams.
