Needed frame adjustments on two frames I purchased elsewhere that were not well fitted for me. This place adjusted them for me and were very kind and helpful! Would come here again next time I need a new prescription and frames!

I have gone to this place for an eye check up almost three weeks ago and paid a decent amount of money for the prescription glasses and lenses. I have to say that the doctor was great and the staff was nice on the day of my visit. I was told that the glasses would arrive by Thursday the following week and that didn’t happen. After I called to ask when I can come get them I was told there are delivery issues and the glasses should arrive the following day. That didn’t happen and I had to call again and reach out three more times over the course of the next two weeks.I kept hearing the same response “we have delivery issues it should be here today or tomorrow”. I called extremely upset today and was told that they never mentioned the delivery time lines, that I am not getting a refund and there is nothing else they can do for me aside from giving me different lenses that I didn’t not want. I wasn’t able to finish a sentence without them cutting me off and at the end was told that there is nothing they can do for me.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. They were nice enough to help me put in externally purchased contact lenses for the first time even though I wasn't technically supposed to receive that help. Very thankful for them!
