Now as an adult, Mr.Tisch check my eyes and is the same exact way; very professional and gentle🙏🏾 I appreciate them both and I miss Mr.Miles #SIP

I then ordered glasses from an on-line retailer, and the initial glasses order didn’t seem to match the Rx I was given from Miles & Tisch. It took numerous phone calls plus another visit to the office and there was some confusion before I was given a 2nd Rx. That 2nd Rx also didn’t “work” after ordering glasses again. I made another appointment with Dr Tisch, and at the appointment I was given an attitude of “what do you want me to do?” from the Doctor. This was followed by him saying he may have to charge me for this 2nd visit since the insurance might not cover it. I was hoping we would work together to figure it out, but instead, I was chastised. I still don’t have the glasses that I need, I’m frustrated and I won’t be going back. (After visiting a different ophthalmologist locally, I was told that Rx wasn’t correct all along.) Such a waste of time!

They have terrible service and never apologize or follow up. They don't care if you need your eyeglasses. Never coming back and recommend people to stay away.
