The appointment was smooth, the staff was efficient and explained the pre tests being conducted. Once I was with the doctor he was attentive and did a through examination. I appreciate his patience and true interest in what I was searching for in a contact lens due to a preexisting eye condition.

There is Only one thing that I am upset with, the Eyeglass Frames. I don't understand when I tried them on they fit perfectly, with no slipping off my face, now that I have had these frames for around 2 weeks, they are literally falling off my face!! Every time I looked down, they fell right off. Yesterday I had the lenses changed because they were the wrong Transition. I had no problems with this at the same time I had the eyeglasses adjusted. I left very pleased until today. I can't keep these frames they are falling off, Constantly!! Never have I bought eyeglasses that don't stay on. I am going back today to see what they can do. I hope they can give me a different frame, I mean I only had these for 2 weeks. Let's see, Till then! I would give 5 Stars but I have to see if they will allow me to change the Frames.
