Dec 12, 2024 · Shataya BookerTheir website stated they close at 3pm Saturdays, I am literally here now and they have signs posted saying 1pm. There are 3 women inside in which I tapped on the GLASS door to speak to one whom which tried to waved me off without finding out what my reasoning was. I then asked for her to come to the door in which she tried to instruct someone else who which denied the instruction so she ended up coming herself. Once she arrived at the door I informed her I just wanted to pick up glasses that were already paid for and there was nothing else I needed to do. Her response “Sir we’re closed” I replied “But ma’am the website says 3pm is just like to pick up my glasses” *Showing her the posted time on the website* She then said to me in a sarcastic tone “I know, but we’re closed” I said back to her sarcastically “Ok well can you change your posted time online?” She ended the conversation with a sarcastic smile and toned response back saying “Ok we will” 10/02/2024 2:10pm
