Oct 22, 2024 · DI had a glasses emergency and the staff was very helpful and nice. Even though they were busy, they seemed to be able to handle all of the customers efficiently. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I’ve been a customer for a few years and the service quality has fallen sharply since the pandemic - on 11/5 Rob (manager) proceeded to get irate with me after misadjusting my frames for the second time. When asked to return my original frames, he yells at me for not taking his “excellent offer” to order a third pair. Not worth the insurance or trouble.

Patient helpful with making decisions also verify the prescriptions ordered are correct and work well. Only thing negative which brings the reviews down is the appointment times run late and it can be 20 plus minutes later then the schedule other then this I would give them a 5 star review
May 11, 2019 · EAs far as optometrists go, for the years that I’ve been coming here (about 6), the service of the staff and the skill of the eye doctors is excellent. My prescriptions always are accurate and appointment times are respected. There is also a large selection of on-trend eyeglass frames at a range of prices.
