New York Ophthalmology - Jamaica

Very professional, and organized. I was late, very late and they went ahead and saw me anyway. They also didn’t make me wait tooo long which was nice. The Dr. is very clear cut, and no BS. I like him and will follow up with him in a year. Very good solid practice, highly recommended to anyone in need of Ophthalmologist.

The staff treated me very well. The staff made the experience more than expected. I enjoyed my time. The waiting area is very comfortable. The equipment used for patients is modern and once again the staff are very professional

Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I had an appointment for my eye surgery, which they rescheduled at the last moment. I had been preparing for this appointment for months in advance. My wife and I both took a week off for the surgery, and I canceled all my meetings for two weeks. They showed no concern for the inconvenience and hardship I went through by taking time off work and rearranging my entire schedule. Extremely disappointing experience.

My first experience at The New York Opthalmology Center in Jamaica was fair. it was a maze to get inside and it was completely packed. No seats in the waiting room. Then the wait times were a bit long, but they were moving pretty quickly with each patient to get the line down for wait times. The doctor was young, but knowledgeable and they addressed my issues right away. All in all it was a good appointment.

My name is Rachpaul Jagannath this place deserves 5 stars from the beginning to the end every one was extremely polite and helpful the day of surgery they took me to and bring me back at no charge. However Mr Martin Lara I find extremely helpful and loving ❤️ caring person so easily to communicate with, he made all arrangements, please ask for him he will go the extra mile for you.
