Nov 01, 2024 · Anna NYCI scheduled an appointment because my regular Ophthalmologist moved to this practice. The wait time seemed similar to my experience at the other clinic. One issue, and a major one for me, is that there isn't a printout of your visit for your records. I'm used to MyChart in which all medical records, visit details, test results etc. are accessible on my computer or the phone app. I used it to print out the details of previous visits at the other clinic. I don't have anything to at upload into MyChart for my yearly Diabetic eye exam. I hope this will be addressed in the future.

People are nervous waiting, and I witnessed the outburst of one patient who could not take the disrespect any longer. I can’t blame that person… I will find another provider.
