Apr 28, 2017 · Rorpin DongTreatment is excellent - doctors are sensitive to problems and issues; however, my emergency call was not responded to. After 2 calls and canned messages I was told I should speak with a nurse. I got her answering machine, left a message and again was not called back. I called again and was told by a receptionist the nurse was at lunch. I She called me when she got back. I can't believe there is only one nurse at a facility of that size and importance.. This makes emergency response unreliable and meaningless.

Oct 22, 2024 · Angie HendersonI don’t typically leave a review but I felt compelled to leave a review regarding my experience with the only black receptionist at this office. I believe her name was Angela. I reported to the receptionists desk to check in and the receptionist just starred at me for about a minute and asked what I wanted. My response was for her to do her job and check me in. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Moments later she returned and took my insurance card and Id. As opposed to handing them back to me she threw them on the counter. When it was time for me to be seen she mispronounced my name and when I corrected it her, she laughed. This type of behavior belongs at the local McDonald’s where she can be amongst her equals. If I’m unqualified to do a job was a person, it would be her. I didn’t report her to anyone because I’m certain nothing would be done. I would recommend you go anywhere for services.
