I arrived for my appointment more than two hours early after having misread the appointment in my calendar. The receptionist was pleasant and understanding. The office was clean and quiet. Though I was scheduled to meet with another doctor, Dr. Spier became available. I decided to meet with him since I didn’t have a preference as this was my first time there. I am so grateful he was willing g to see me. He listened to my concerns and made sure all of my questions were answered. If ever you need a really good eye doctor, this is the place to go. Dr. Spier is the best!

The services at the clinic include follow-up exams after procedures such as cataract surgery. However, one patient who had cataract surgery the previous year reported a less positive experience regarding follow-up care. During a follow-up exam, a doctor inquired about a previous eye injury, which the patient stated had not occurred (a question not asked during the initial exam). At a subsequent appointment with a different doctor, the same question was asked with the same negative response. The patient later experienced significant eye discomfort and was informed that the next available appointment was two weeks away, which they found unacceptable for their urgent symptoms.

I had cataract surgery last year. Follow-up exam, the dr asked if the eye was ever injured? I told him (no). Mind you, the question was not asked at initial exam. My next appointment seen by different doctor who asked me the same question and gave him my same answer. The eye was never injured. For the past 3 days, I have had so much discomfort in the eye If feels if there is something in it, its bloodshot and sore. I called to make an appointment, told the receptionist my symptoms. She told me that the only appointment available would be in 2 weeks. This is unacceptable.

Staff was professional and courteous to me, this was the second time I had been there as the first time-a week before had to be rescheduled. I got there half an hour late and although I stated that I was willing to wait for as long as I needed to, I was told that they were unusually busy that day and there was no way I could wait. When I got there for the second time, my paperwork was all ready for them, it took twenty five minutes before I was taken in the room for a few tests & the dilation drops were put in, one hour later I had to ask what was going on & was told the doctor would be with me soon. I asked how long the drops work for because I had never heard of an eye doctor leaving the drops in there for so long. I was called inside the door after an hour and twenty minutes with an apology. The doctor was very polite, and knew what he was talkin about & educational as well. All the wait time was a waste and sitting out in a waiting room with eyes that couldn't see anything on my phone & barely make out the TV on the wall was ridiculous. Be prepared to wait.

Recently my girlfriend had a very bad experience in this place, she was trying to have surgery for her eyes and it was a nightmare. The staff is unprofessional, they changed her appointment without contacting her and then moving her appointment date for more than 2 times, we spent a lot of money traveling and buying plane tickets. Her first surgery was not successful, her right eye became red since then and we do not see any recuperation, the doctors always says the eye is doing well, but it has been 3 months and no change. Very soon she will have the left eye surgery and let's see how it goes. I am praying day and night.

I have been going to this office for many years. The staff & very nice & courteous. I get the appointments quick. All of the doctors that work there have years of experience & are very good at what they do.
