Igor was absolutely phenomenal! As a first-time parent filling my son’s eyeglass prescription, I truly appreciated his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. When I accidentally provided the wrong prescription, Igor handled the situation with such generosity and efficiency—he quickly corrected it without hesitation. The glasses were ready in a timely manner, and the entire experience was seamless.

They are not rude. You take it from being rude because you live in your own bubble. They are just people with a foreign a accent who are direct talking. I hear what I need to be heard there. That’s it. I didn’t go there to receive bows. It is small, that’s certainly not easy for them to work there too. A bit of understanding please.

Glasses were purchased here about 4 weeks ago and the frames cracked. I was surprised as nothing was done for them to break that easily but you know, stuff happens. The issue for me is that when the glasses were taking back to the store the response was "there's nothing they can do". So nobody tried to assist, no alternatives to work with the customer, NOTHING. Store owner or manager could have talked and worked something out, but nope, nothing. And to "The Queen Of Gacha" in the other review, rude people exist, but in the business world that isn't good customer service and when misbehavior goes unchecked or unpunished all it does is create a culture of inefficiency and unfriendly atmosphere in which I know no customer wants. Treat people with respect and as a business, work with customers better to increase your profits. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Rude people. I got some glasses that I can't use cause it doesn't seem to be my prescription, even tho I paid for an exam. I can use the contact lens, but I don't see perfectly with them.
