Amazing service and this is coming from a very indecisive person. They were kind the whole time and made sure i was comfortable with my decision before picking and leaving the store. Both Brianna and Andre were great.. also the eye exam was quick and thorough. Honestly I have no complaints, I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at NYC Optical! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole process quick and stress-free. The eye exam was thorough, and I didn’t have to wait long. They also had a great selection of frames at really affordable prices. I found a pair of glasses I love, and the staff made sure they fit perfectly. They were very patient and made sure I took my time with picking the right pair for me. The whole experience was fast, easy, and budget-friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality eye care without the hassle :)

I regularly visit this eye clinic and have always had a great experience. The staff are incredibly kind and polite, and I never have to wait long for my appointments. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, which is a big plus. Dr. Volosyanko is exceptional—she explains everything thoroughly. Additionally, the consultant was very helpful in finding the perfect glasses for me. Thank you. I highly recommend it!

NYC Optical is amazing. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome and greeted with respect and care. They’re professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout-out to Brianna for her hospitality and mannerism. Andre is knowledgeable and make great recommendations for your glasses etc. Dr. Vardina is amazing and she genuinely cares about her patients. She is thorough, professional and friendly. I’ve been coming here for a while and still come because of the great service. So if you’re looking for an eye clinic, come here to NYC Optical, it’s worth it.

I must say I had a wonderful experience at NYC optical. The staff is amazing they made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable about the importance of getting the right lens. ( a plus for me is that you can bring in your old frame to used for new lens)They are not going to just sell you anything or tell you to get anything. Especially Dr. Vardina she took her time explain everything to me and she listen to my concerns and reassured me any issues and eye problem that have. That the kind of care I want and need. Someone who cares about their patients and want the best for their patients. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to NYC optical. Come check them out and trust your eyes in their care.
