The Market Square Optical team was super helpful, kind and patient. They have a really cool selection of eyewear and sunglasses. I highly recommend them. I was so impressed with them that I purchased two pairs of glasses. Thank you Market Square Optical Team for a great experience.
Feb 24, 2025 · Aaron VI have been a loyal customer of the previous owners of this optical store for over 20 years. Last week, I brought my glasses in for repair, and they were supposed to call me with the cost. After a week without hearing from them, I returned to the store myself. The girl at the front desk told me, "We didn't save your number." I was surprised, given I've been in their database for 20 years but I didn't make a fuss- mistakes happen. Then, she told me they would need to replace both arms of the glasses at $200. That didn't sound right, so I left. I went to another store, where I was told all I needed was an "end piece," which only cost $50. I will never go back to this store and strongly suggest you stay away too. Be cautious of business that try to make a quick buck instead of providing quality care and fear treatment of their customers.

Thought I would have difficulty paying for my prescription glasses, but it was made very affordable for me, since they did not use my Insurance. Would recommend them to everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant also. Did I mention that the doctor is thorough and proficient? I give them 10 thumbs up.
