Store is great. Vast selection of quality and high end frames. Optometrist, Maria. Is 10 out of 10, Professional, knowledgeable and very sweet. Owner, Tanya is awesome and top notch herself, when it comes to knowing her brands, which helped me out alot do too the fact. I’m very meticulous, when it comes to detail and tinting on my eyewear…. I purchased 4 pair of eyeglasses for myself over the past year. And each frame, was done to order specification. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I love this store and will definitely continue to do business in the future.

Great energy, luxurious boutique store. Owner is passionate about her store. Been going there for years, not planing to change that ever !!! Doctor has great bedside manner. Staff is knowledgeable. It was pleasure to meet Tatiana, she helped me with all of my insurance concerns.

I provided my own frame. Prices for they service a bit higher but it is not a problem. I paid for they services and lenses over $520. Problem is that they lied about time and glasses came brocken. They could be very rude to you. Especially when they realize that they are wrong. Promised one week and it took them 2.5 weeks to make glasses. They didn't have anyone to fix a loose lense and asked me to come back in a few days. I leave in Staten Island and was a big inconvenience. Doctor (Maria) who checked my vision was very nice.

The worst bunch of shysters in optical. I ordered a pair of script glasses with frames, no issue right. Two weeks later they arrive, look great, script is great, fit great. I wear them 1 day and both temples are loose at the hinges. Very poor quality.BTW this company goes by two names coolframes online and ocean view optical in Brighton beach Avenue, Brooklyn in person SHADY!

I contact customer service their solution:
“Please advise if you would like you may take the frame to a local optical for the temples of the frames to be tightened more.
If you do not feel comfortable with that you can send the frame back to our location and we can have our senior optician adjust/tighten the frame for you.”

Btw the hinges are pressed into the plastic frames and the hinges are screwless. So how are they going to fix them?

That’s their solution, I take them to my guy to fix them or send them back to them on my dime.
